Once the times of these transfers have been confirmed we will update this page and we will also email all registered delegates with the timings. Delegates will be asked to confirm their place on a transfer.

Attendees that miss the transfer or arrive outside of the scheduled timings will need to make their own way to the hotel. Likewise, if you are leaving the hotel outside of the forum timings, taxis can be ordered from the hotel concierge and must be paid for by the individual.
